Refund / Returns Policy
We can only accept returns on a item that is brand new within 14 days of purchasing it. If you are purchasing a second hand item, please make sure you have thoroughly checked the product images and condition before purchasing, as you will be unable to request a return on any second hand items.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that it was delivered to you in, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Age Warning
Please remember any shoe over 8 years old is a collectors item and is to be worn at the buyers own risk, older pairs can crumble with age and this is of complete responsibility of the buyer.
Damages and issues Please inspect your order as soon as you can and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can look into the issue and resolve it for you.
Pre-owned items / non-returnable items We are unable to offer returns on pre-owned items due to the nature of the goods. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
