Incorrect Address Information

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.

• Orders returned to us due to address issues may incur a re-delivery fee

Lost, Delayed or Stolen Parcels

If your parcel is delayed or missing, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist you with the courier enquiry.

• Claims for lost parcels must be submitted within 7 days of the expected delivery date

International Orders & Customs
